HSKLink Policy
HSKLink Terms of Use
Announcement Date: August 16, 2026
Effective Date: August 16, 2026
These Terms of Use set forth the conditions for use of the HSKLink service and related websites, software, features, and services operated by XFC Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.
Article 1. Purpose
The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Company and users in connection with the use of the HSKLink service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided through hsklink.xfc.icu and related websites.
Article 2. Definitions
The terms used in these Terms shall have the following meanings:
“HSKLink” means the browser-based peer-to-peer (P2P) file transfer, text communication, voice communication, device connection, session management, and related ancillary services provided by the Company.
“User” means an individual or legal entity that agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
“Member” means a User who creates an account in accordance with procedures prescribed by the Company or logs in using an external authentication method.
“P2P Connection” means a method by which a User’s device and another User’s device directly transmit and receive data over the Internet or a local network whenever technically possible.
“Relay Connection” means a method by which encrypted data is transmitted through a TURN server or other relay infrastructure when a direct P2P connection is difficult or unavailable due to network conditions, firewalls, NAT, or other technical reasons.
“Content” means files, text, voice, and other data transmitted by Users through the Service.
“Paid Services” means services such as Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise, or other services provided by the Company for a separate fee.
Article 3. Posting and Amendment of the Terms
The Company shall make these Terms readily available to Users by posting them on the initial screen of the Service, in the footer, or in another easily accessible location.
The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
If the Company amends these Terms, it shall announce the effective date and reasons for the amendment at least seven (7) days before the effective date.
If an amendment is materially disadvantageous to Users or involves important changes, the Company shall, in principle, provide notice at least thirty (30) days before the effective date or notify Users through email or another reasonable method.
A User who does not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue use of the Service and request account termination.
Article 4. Description of the Service
The Company may provide the following services:
Browser-to-browser P2P file transfer
Text message transmission
Voice communication and voice data transmission
Device connection using QR codes, security codes, invitation links, or similar methods
Display of P2P or relay connection status
HSK-based session or connection verification features
Device authentication and trusted-device management features

Advanced transfer and security features for Paid Service users
Administrative and security features for companies and organizations
Other services additionally developed by the Company or provided through partnerships
Certain features of the Service may be restricted depending on the User’s device, operating system, browser, Internet environment, or subscription plan.
Article 5. Characteristics of P2P and Network Connections
HSKLink uses direct P2P connections between User devices whenever technically possible.
If direct P2P connection is unavailable or inappropriate due to the network environment, TURN servers or other relay infrastructure may be used.
The Company does not guarantee that a direct P2P connection will always be established or that a specific transmission speed will be maintained under all usage conditions.
Actual transmission speed may vary depending on the User’s Internet connection, LAN environment, device performance, browser, telecommunications provider, network congestion, use of relay servers, and other factors.
The Company may, where technically possible, provide information through the Service regarding direct connections, relay connections, connection status, and related information.
Article 6. Processing of Transmitted Content
As a general principle, the Company does not permanently store files transmitted by Users through the basic P2P file transfer functionality in the Company’s cloud storage.
However, signaling servers, TURN servers, or other communication infrastructure may be used to establish and maintain network connections.
When a relay connection is used, encrypted data may temporarily pass through servers operated by the Company or infrastructure providers used by the Company.
For purposes of providing the Service, maintaining security, responding to failures, and complying with legal obligations, the Company may process information reasonably necessary for such purposes, including session identifiers, access logs, IP addresses, device information, transmission volume, and error information.
Further details regarding the processing of personal information are governed by the Company’s separate Privacy Policy.
Article 7. User Obligations

The User shall be responsible for disputes or damages arising between the User and the User’s organization as a result of such unauthorized transmission.
However, damages caused by the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws.
Article 10. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
Intellectual property rights relating to the HSKLink Service, software, designs, logos, screen layouts, technical materials, and related content belong to the Company or the respective lawful rights holders.
Rights to Content transmitted by Users belong to the respective User or lawful rights holder.
Users represent and warrant that they have lawful rights in, or legitimate authority to transmit, the Content they send through the Service.
The Company may receive reports of copyright infringement and may restrict accounts, suspend use of the Service, or terminate agreements with repeat copyright infringers or Users who abuse the Service.
Copyright infringement reports may be submitted through the Company’s customer support channel or another reporting channel separately designated by the Company.
Article 11. Restriction of Service Use and Account Suspension
The Company may restrict use of the Service or suspend or terminate a Member’s account after prior notice in any of the following circumstances. However, where there is an urgent security risk or clear unlawful activity, the Company may provide notice after taking action.

The Company recommends that Users maintain separate backups of important data while using beta services.
Article 14. Paid Services
The Company may provide various free or paid plans, including Free, Plus, Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans.
The price, subscription period, transfer limits, file-size limits, and features of each plan shall be separately disclosed within the Service.
The Company may introduce new plans or modify the configuration or pricing of existing plans.
The Company shall not make materially disadvantageous changes to an already-paid subscription period without the User’s consent.
Payments, withdrawal from purchase, refunds, and related matters concerning Paid Services shall be governed by applicable laws and the Company’s separate Refund Policy.
Article 15. Fees and Payment
Users of Paid Services shall pay applicable fees using payment methods designated by the Company.
Unless otherwise indicated, fees may include taxes required under applicable laws.

In the event of a payment error or duplicate charge, Users may request a refund through the Company’s customer support.
Article 16. Withdrawal and Refunds
Withdrawal from purchase and refunds for Paid Services shall be governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other applicable laws, as well as the Company’s separate Refund Policy.
For digital services for which service provision has already commenced, the right of withdrawal may be restricted to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
